Exchange Policy

We hope you love all of your purchases from Backyard Boutique. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! We are here to meet your every need, so please read our exchange policy and follow the steps to return your item! Please note, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only. We reserve the right to review all items if/and before store credit is given.

Exchange Conditions

Purchases must be returned within 14 business days of the time you received it.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for a return (unworn, unwashed, & with tags attached).
No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, or cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Jewelry, any reduced-price items or merchandise marked as “SALE” cannot be returned.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of your purchase. Please message us on Facebook with photos of the damage.
If the item was shipped, customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs
